Other maintenance issues:
- we had to reset the breaker of Simi 167. The resident was using a hair dryer and curling iron. We let them know they should just use one at a time.
- we also had to reset the Valhalla 212A breaker. The resident was not using any appliances but mentioned this is the 2nd time it has happened this month
- There was broken glass in the north Cassiar 3rd floor hallway. We used the Cleaning Kit to clean it up and we left the glass in the bucket

Toilet near RA Katie’s room broken. (Maintenance doesn’t keep track of student names. They only pay attention to room number. You CAN say “Toilet in bathroom across from Simi 203 broken”)
Light burnt out by RA Tom’s room. (Maintenance doesn’t know student names)
Simi 3rd floor lounge door not shutting (WHICH LOUNGE? Study? Kitchen? Please be specific, maintenance is getting confused. Room numbers are best!)
4th floor Cassiar lounge had a bunch of dirty dishes and overflowing garbage (this does not concern the maintenance team. Please submit a Dexterra cleaning request form. Additionally, let the RA of the floor know so they can remind residents to clean up)
Cascades laundry room 345, 817, 903 machines out of order (Which laundry room? Upper? Lower? Also, FULL machine numbers are required)
There’s a laundry machine out of order in Purcell with no number (Please describe location. Ex. 3rd from the left)”
